There are some extraordinary circumstances surrounding Saturdays home game against Peterborough. The game went to uncontested scrums when Peterborough were unable to provide a front row replacement. This occurred following the sending off of their second row who also happened to be their front row replacement. When one of their original front row went off injured they had no other player capable of playing in the front row. Under RFU regulations the game was technically abandoned with the score standing at 16 points all. The likely outcome is the RFU will order the game to be replayed. More information will be made available once known
